Lodging must be booked separately. The deadline to book rooms is October 4. 

Youth (which NESAWG defines as people under 25 years of age) are welcome at the conference and we encourage organizations working with youth to consider bringing young people to participate. All youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, visit the forthcoming Youth at the Conference page.

We are accepting scholarship applications through October 10. If you apply for but do not receive a scholarship, you will still be able to register at the early bird rate.

Participants are asked to abide by a set of Community Agreements created by the Conference Planning Committee. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these expectations.

PRICING

Registration is open Aug 1 until October 17 or until the conference sells out. You cannot buy tickets on site! 

Registration includes all programming (Thursday evening through Saturday); breakfast on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday, receptions on Friday, and coffee breaks. Pre-conferences require an additional fee and can be purchased at the same time as your main conference ticket. The Common Market tour also requires an additional ticket, please purchase in advance.

This year, NESAWG is instituting an optional tiered pricing structure. We are doing this so we can continue to offer lower cost tickets to those who need it, while raising funds to support lower cost tickets and our scholarship fund. We offer suggestions for each ticket price, but leave it to you to purchase the ticket that works best for your individual or organizational budget. A small processing fee charged by the registration site will be added to your registration cost upon checkout.

REFUND POLICY

If plans change and you are unable to attend the conference after you have registered, NESAWG will reimburse your full registration cost minus a $25 processing fee until October 1, 2017.  If you request a refund between October 2 - Oct 17, you will receive a 50% reimbursement. No refunds will be issued after October 17, 2017. Please email your refund request to Hoshea at conference@nesawg.org.
