NOFA-NY is excited to announce its 6th Annual Organic Dairy and Field Crop Conference! New this year, an expanded 2-Day event featuring half day intensive workshops on March 17. The Holiday Inn is conveniently located just off the Thruway and Interstate 81.
Jack Lazor of Butterworks Farm is the keynote speaker. He has been a pioneer in alternative management practices on his dairy. Join Jack as he shares his farm's journey from small scale production to growing all of their own grains, to grass fed management. Jack will share his insights into carbon sequestration and the future of Butterworks Farm.
