This first NOFA-NY On-farm Field Day celebrates the past, present, and future of organic wheat improvement in the Northeast. Researchers will summarize a decade of variety trial results from the field, bakery, mill, and taste buds!
After touring Cornell’s organic wheat breeding nurseries, participants can help set needs and priorities for future small grain improvement in the region. The event will include tastings of varietal-specific products made by local bakers, chefs, and brewers.
Please park in the Cornell B Lot. Parking will be prepaid.
