Omega Institute NonProfit Retreat Week

 What is NonProfit Retreat Week?

The Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York offers nonprofit organizations in the Mid-Hudson Valley a unique opportunity for a funded 3-day retreat. Nonprofit Retreat Week allows organizations to connect, set priorities, and recharge. During the three day retreat, organizations will be part of one of two summits: The Strengthening Communities Summit (May 29-31) and the Women Serving Women Summit (May 31- June 2, invitation only). Nonprofit Retreat Week first began in 2005 and has since helped over 300 organizations network with like-minded organizations and recharge in order to return to their work with renewed focus. Organizations engaged in social justice, economic equity, environmental sustainability, and regional collaboration are encouraged to apply.

Participating organizations lead their own retreat. This allows organizations to focus on their priorities and work at their own pace. Omega provides meals, housing, and meeting space. Organizations can choose to take part in the Nonprofit Clinic, a free consultation from the New York Council of Nonprofits.  Participants have full use of the Omega campus including the lake, walking trails, yoga and meditation classes, tennis and basketball courts, and the library.

How to apply

Applications are due January 30th. Organizations can only apply for the Strengthening Communities Summit as the Women Serving Women Summit is by invitation only. Check out the application here.
