NESAWG's Research & Assessment Workgroup includes a diversity of practitioners, funders, researchers, planners, educators, advocates and others in its membership. What we share is an interest in more informed decision making and programming. As a Community of Practice/Learning, we draw from each others experience and expertise, sharing insights and challenges, identifying areas of common need and opportunity. Through that process, we've initiated the Northeast Food Knowledge Ecosystem pilot project. Partnering with a number of other regional organizations, NEFKE is a collaborative effort linking people, technology and information in support of a healthy, more resilient regional food system. We welcome input and engagement as we implement several exciting new collaborative tools and shared resources.
