One of the biggest challenges in reducing racial disparities and improving equity is the overwhelming and complex nature of the many intertwined issues. Efforts may focus on police violence, access to healthy housing, school suspension policies, the war on drugs, lack of diversity at the Academy Awards or many, many other topics. Each one of those is a big issue with no easy solutions. This 30-minute Webinar introduces an emerging example of a strategic framework and process to tame to complexity of the journey to dismantle institutional and structural racism. It also shares how the use of technology can dramatically improve the management of diverse types of information to enable a multitude of different people and organizations work much more effectively as a team to accelerate the dismantling barriers to equity and building pathways to justice and more vibrant, fair, and thriving communities.
