School Food FOCUS is a national collaborative of large school districts across the country. Together we are transforming school food by increasing access to more healthful, regionally sourced and sustainably produced food for our nation's school children. Through the power of procurement, we leverage market demand to drive impactful change for a just food system.

Change Beyond the Plate will convene school food service professionals, institutional purchasers, government allies, industry changemakers and food system thought leaders. 

Call for Proposals and Speakers Now Open

School Food FOCUS is seeking proposals that demonstrate how more healthful, regional and sustainable school food can drive food systems change. We seek innovative and dynamic speakers who can share the opportunities and challenges of institutional procurement. Ideal proposals will highlight inspirational success stories and emphasize the importance of equitable food access for all children. Topics may include:

• Connecting the Supply Chain
• Data Driven Change
• Every Child, Every Plate
• Fresh, Clean and Delicious
• Innovative Procurement Change Strategies
