Join us at Mainstreet Farms in Cortland, NY to examine the potential for moving into wholesale markets. Cornell’s Crystal Stewart will demonstrate the fundamentals for crossing over into wholesale markets, from record keeping to timing crops. One of Mainstreet Farms’ primary objectives is to bring healthy, local food to the community. We will take a look at how Mainstreet Farms utilizes education and partners with the community to create a strong local food system.
