Poultry School is a two-day program of hands-on workshops, guest speakers, and forums to explore current issues and technologies, share expertise, and bring together leading experts regarding raising, caring for, and processing poultry. Poultry School runs March 19 and 20 at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture in Pocantico Hills NY, 30 miles north of New York City.
